• Up to $7,000 per month, AWS, and VB

Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize plating processes to meet customer quality standards while improving efficiency and reducing cost.

• Manage plating processes for NPI, from strategy development to implementation.

• Evaluate different plating process strategies during new project development and select the optimal solution with cross-functional teams.

• Apply DFM principles to plating process design to ensure easy manufacturing and scalability.

• Review product designs for plating feasibility and address potential manufacturing constraints early.

• Perform early plating process studies to identify technical risks and apply effective mitigation measures.

• Work closely with design, manufacturing, automation, and quality teams to ensure smooth and timely project execution.

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor in Chemistry or related field.

• Min 3 years experience in plating, or manufacturing environment

• Reel-based continuous electroplating will be an advantage
