Looking for a rewarding hands-on technical role in the semiconductor industry? We are seeking Tester Technicians to join a world-class semiconductor equipment manufacturer located in Upper Changi.

If you have a background in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics, enjoy troubleshooting, and can read electrical schematic diagrams, we'd love to meet you!

Responsibilities

• Perform testing, troubleshooting, repair, and assembly of semiconductor equipment, electro-mechanical assemblies, and components.

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, technical drawings, and work instructions.

• Identify faults and carry out corrective actions to ensure products meet quality standards.

• Operate electronic test equipment, test fixtures, vacuum pumps, leak detectors, and measuring instruments.

• Record test data and work progress using computer systems.

• Inspect parts and assemblies for defects before and after testing.

• Ensure all required components are available before testing and assembly.

• Support continuous process improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while complying with all safety procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum N-Level with NITEC qualification.

• Ability to read and understand electrical schematic diagrams is required.

• Educational background or working experience in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Precision Engineering, or related technical disciplines is preferred.

• Candidates with experience in the semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, precision engineering, or automation industries are highly encouraged to apply.

• Fresh graduates with relevant technical qualifications are welcome.

• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

Shift Options (Choose Your Preferred Shift)

Day Shift

• 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Noon Shift (High Demand)

• 4:00 PM – 1:30 AM

• Shift Allowance: $25 per shift

Night Shift

• 11:30 PM – 9:00 AM

• Shift Allowance: $40 per shift
