Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Architectural BIM Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will develop, coordinate, and manage BIM models to support architectural design, documentation, and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage BIM models using Revit, ArchiCAD, or preferred platforms to ensure accurate architectural design representation

• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to verify model accuracy and ensure compliance with project requirements

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, schedules, and documentation for regulatory submissions and project milestones

• Support clash detection processes, design reviews, and integration of shop drawings to enhance project coordination

• Maintain and update BIM standards, templates, and workflows to ensure consistency and quality across all projects

• Collaborate independently and within teams to meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture or related field

• Proficiency in BIM software including Revit, ArchiCAD, Navisworks, and AutoCAD

• Strong knowledge of construction documentation and detailing to produce compliant and precise project deliverables

• Experience managing consultant submissions and ensuring regulatory compliance

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Familiarity with local building codes and authority requirements to facilitate smooth project approvals

• Experience working on healthcare, commercial, or large-scale architectural projects

• Strong communication and coordination skills to effectively liaise with project stakeholders
