Key Responsibilities
Architectural BIM Modelling
• Prepare, develop, and maintain 3D architectural BIM models using Revit.
• Produce architectural drawings, shop drawings, detailed drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Update BIM models and drawings throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, and other trades to resolve drawing discrepancies and clashes.
• Ensure drawings comply with project requirements and site conditions.
• Support drawing submissions and project documentation.
Site Coordination & Project Support
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with main contractors, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Conduct site inspections, measurements, and site surveys when required.
• Monitor site progress and ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Assist in resolving technical, design, and construction-related issues on site.
• Coordinate material submissions, shop drawing submissions, and project documentation.
• Support project teams in tracking work progress and ensuring timely completion of project milestones.
• Liaise closely with site personnel to ensure smooth coordination between design and construction activities.
Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM-related software.
• Experience in architectural BIM modelling, drafting, or construction coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel to project sites when required.
• Able to work independently and as part of a project team.
