Key Responsibilities

• Support the QS Manager in overseeing post-contract cost controlling, project budgeting and cash flow forecasting across construction assignments.

• Manage administration of main contracts and subcontracts to enforce full adherence to contractual clauses and legal obligations.

• Support QS Manager in the assessment, pricing and commercial negotiation of Variation Orders, alongside full lifecycle management of project variations.

• Compile, audit and certify interim progress claims, validate supplier/subcontractor invoices and coordinate the whole payment approval workflow.

• Draft periodic cost analysis reports, financial forecasts and regular commercial performance updates for internal management review.

• Assist QS Manager with project final account closure, encompassing final account negotiation and settlement with clients, subcontractors and relevant stakeholders.

• Resolve routine contractual queries, prepare contractual claims and participate in preliminary negotiation for dispute mitigation.

• Work closely with onsite project teams to quantify the financial and programme implications arising from design or scope amendments.

• Participate in end-to-end tender administration: source subcontract quotations, conduct cost benchmarking and carry out tender pricing analysis.

• Attend site inspections and regular progress coordination meetings, maintain consistent communication with clients, consultants and main contractor.

Job Requirements & Education

• Diploma /Degree in QS, Construction or related fields.

• Minimum 3 years of construction QS experience, with a strict requirement for proven experience in facade construction or facade contracting works.knowledge of Singapore HDB/commercial contract frameworks is preferred.

• Familiarity with Commercial and HDB contracts & tendering works is advantageous.

• Capable of autonomous work, multitasking and meeting tight deadlines.
