We’re looking for a proactive HR Executive who thrives on organisation, people support, and getting the details right. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building smooth HR processes, supporting employees across the full lifecycle, and creating a positive, compliant workplace experience in a fast-growing team.
Your Role in HR
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
Support end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee administration.
Manage and maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and system updates (e.g., QuickHR).
Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documents; ensure proper filing and compliance.
Coordinate onboarding processes: orientation, IT access, paperwork, and introductions for smooth new hire experiences.
Handle offboarding processes: acceptance of resignation, exit checklists, return of company property, system access termination, and coordination of final payroll.
Recruitment & Talent Support
Manage recruitment cycles with hiring managers: draft job ads, post on portals, screen CVs, schedule interviews, and assist with candidate follow-ups.
Provide operational support during recruitment, including offers, onboarding readiness, and coordination with managers.
Support performance management processes: probation tracking, appraisals, documentation, and manager enablement.
Payroll, Leave & HR Reporting
Assist in payroll preparation, monthly HR reporting, and submission of attendance/leave/claims data.
Maintain HR systems with up-to-date leave, attendance, benefits, and employee records.
Ensure HR practices comply with internal policies and Singapore employment regulations.
HR Policies, Compliance & Process Improvement
Maintain, update, and improve HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook documentation.
Coach junior HR/admin staff on process discipline, document standards, and service quality.
Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve operational efficiency.
Employee Relations & Workplace Culture
Handle staff queries professionally, confidentially, and in a supportive manner.
Assist in employee relations matters, including conduct issues, investigations support, and conflict resolution.
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, welfare programs, internal events, and team-building activities.
Support the Events team during key on-site activations or client-facing moments, if needed.
Sales Support
Assist in sales pitches or client presentations
Provide operational input or clarifications
Marketing Support
Participate in group videos, behind-the-scenes content, and event coverage
Appear in brand visuals, reels, and storytelling initiatives
Assist with social media coordination related to events
Contribute to internal communications and company brand presence
Support creation of content for marketing and brand purposes, ensuring alignment with TMU’s guidelines
Continuous Improvement & Creativity
Contribute creative ideas to enhance event experience and client engagement
Identify opportunities for improvement in event execution and processes
Share learnings with internal teams for continuous improvement
Support internal coordination and administrative tasks related to events
What We’re Looking For
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field
1–3 years of relevant HR experience preferred (fresh grads welcome with strong internship experience)
Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
Comfortable handling confidential information with professionalism
Clear written & verbal communication and ability to work with stakeholders across teams
Able to manage tasks independently in a hybrid work arrangement
Proactive, solutions-focused, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with QuickHR or similar HR Solutions is a plus
