We're looking for a Senior Marketing Executive / Marketing Lead who enjoys creating impactful B2B campaigns, building brand visibility, and generating quality business opportunities.
This role is ideal for someone who combines creativity with analytical thinking and wants to drive marketing initiatives that directly support business growth.
Your Role in Marketing
Digital Content & Social Media
Plan, create, and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Tailor content to suit each platform’s audience and format
Maintain a clear and consistent content calendar aligned with brand voice, campaign objectives, and event timelines
Stay updated on social media trends and translate them into relevant, on-brand content
Creative Campaigns & Brand Storytelling
Brainstorm, pitch, and execute innovative marketing campaigns to strengthen brand awareness and engagement
Develop creative concepts, captions, visuals, and short-form video content
Ensure all creative outputs align with TheMeetUpSG’s storytelling style and brand positioning
Performance Tracking & Optimisation
Track and analyse digital performance metrics including reach, engagement, and growth
Use insights and data to optimise content strategies and campaign execution
Continuously test and refine approaches to improve marketing effectiveness
SEO & Digital Visibility
Work closely with external agencies to support SEO strategy implementation
Assist with keyword planning and content optimisation
Monitor SEO performance and recommend improvements where necessary
Event Marketing Support
Support onsite event marketing efforts, including live social media coverage
Capture content before, during, and after events
Collaborate with internal teams to identify key content moments
Extend the impact of live events through post-event digital storytelling
Brand Consistency & Collaboration
Ensure consistency across all marketing touchpoints
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and agencies
Uphold brand quality, professionalism, and creative standards
Event Planning & Execution
Support end-to-end execution of events from conceptualisation to onsite delivery
Assist in translating client briefs into practical concepts, run-of-show, and timelines
Provide onsite support, troubleshoot operational issues, and escalate as necessary
Ensure events remain commercially viable and aligned with client agreements
Perform other reasonable duties assigned by management
Sales Support
Assist in sales pitches or client presentations
Provide operational input or clarifications
Continuous Improvement & Creativity
Contribute creative ideas to enhance event experience and client engagement
Identify opportunities for improvement in event execution and processes
Share learnings with internal teams for continuous improvement
Support internal coordination and administrative tasks related to events
What We’re Looking For
3–6+ years of B2B marketing experience (events, agency, or hospitality experience is an advantage)
Demonstrates strong copywriting, campaign management, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
Is creative, proactive, organised, and commercially minded
Can manage multiple campaigns while balancing strategic planning with day-to-day execution
Nice to have:
Experience with GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or CMS platforms
Experience leading content strategy or mentoring junior marketers
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools
