About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Warehouse & Inventory Controller to be responsible for daily warehouse activities, Kingdee ERP inventory transactions, stock reconciliation, cycle counts, and maintaining accurate inventory records to support production and business operations.
Key responsibilities
Manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, issuing, packing, and shipping materials.
Perform accurate inventory transactions using Kingdee ERP (Kingdee K3 / K3 Cloud / Kingdee Cloud Galaxy or equivalent), including Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, Stock Transfer, Inventory Adjustment, and Return Transactions.
Ensure all warehouse transactions are recorded into the Kingdee ERP system accurately and on time.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure physical inventory matches the Kingdee ERP system.
Conduct cycle counts and periodic stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy.
Investigate, analyze, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain high inventory accuracy.
Ensure proper material identification, labeling, storage, FIFO practices, and material traceability.
Prepare inventory data and support month-end inventory closing, reconciliation, and audits.
Coordinate closely with China team, and Finance department to ensure smooth material flow.
About you
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in inventory control and materials management.
Experience in a manufacturing, automation, or semiconductor environment is highly preferred.
Hands-on experience with Kingdee ERP (Kingdee K3 / K3 Cloud / Kingdee Cloud Galaxy) /Equivalent system is required.
Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation, cycle counting, stock taking, and inventory accuracy management.
Able to independently perform Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, Stock Transfer, Inventory Adjustment, and Return Transactions in Kingdee ERP.
Ensure physical inventory matches ERP records and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, and basic data analysis.
Responsible, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Good communication skills and a strong team player.
Language: English and Chinese. Forklift license is an advantage but not mandatory.
