Job Description

• Prepare and execute high-quality brunch and all-day cafe menu items independently

• Manage daily kitchen operations with minimal supervision.

• Maintain food quality, consistency and presentation.

• Ensure cleanliness and compliance with food hygiene and safety standards.

• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control.

• Receive and store deliveries properly.

• Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.

• Contribute ideas to improve menu development and kitchen efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Able to work independently and manage the kitchen with minimal supervision.

• Experience preparing Western brunch and all-day café dishes is highly preferred.

• Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety.

• Excellent organisational and time management skills.

• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Able to communicate in basic English.

The successful candidate should be able to independently prepare and cook our café menu with minimal supervision.
