Key Responsibilities
Support and execute IT related Purchase, raise Purchase Requisition, PO, GR and follow up the payment related matters.
Manage office IT device lifecycle activities such as refresh, replacement, and maintenance of telecommunication and mobile related devices.
Manage departmental IT‑related accounting in SAP and assist with budget and spending tracking.
Support AMK internal and external VIP of any IT related tasks.
Create and update IT mobile and telecommunication administration and managing related SOP.Any other IT admin related tasks that assign by supervisors.
Vendor Management – Negotiation with vendor and follow up on delivery status.
Coordinate IT new hire orientation.
Support IT team building/Offsite meeting.
Responsible for IT stationery procurement and allocation.
Any other IT related duties assigned by Supervisor.
Experience / Any Other Special Skills/Attributes:
1–2 years of experience in IT admin SAP especially raise Purchase Requisition
Basic knowledge of IT office concepts
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Proactive learner with good communication skills and a strong user‑service mindset.
Able to manage priorities, and support IT colleague in IT office related activities and events.
