About the role

As a Part Time Staff member, you will provide essential administrative and office support to ensure smooth operations across our organisation. What you'll be doing

  • Providing general administrative support to various departments and team members

  • Managing correspondence, filing systems and documentation in both physical and digital formats

  • Answering telephones, greeting visitors and directing enquiries to appropriate departments

  • Scheduling meetings, managing calendars and coordinating office logistics

  • Data entry and maintaining accurate records in company databases and systems

  • Assisting with office organisation, including stock management and supplies ordering

  • Supporting the preparation of reports, presentations and other business documents

  • Performing general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning and distribution of materials

  • Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth workflow

What we're looking for

  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative tasks

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

  • Professional demeanour and strong customer service orientation

  • Reliability and punctuality, with flexibility around scheduling

  • Basic knowledge of office procedures and administrative practices

  • Previous administrative or office support experience is preferred but not essential for motivated candidates
