About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Executive @ Pickle Padel Movement to join our dynamic marketing and communications team at FSA HOLDINGS PTE LTD. This is a full-time position based in Woodleigh Central Region. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engage our community, and support the growth of the Pickle Padel Movement. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and establish Pickle Padel as a leading force in the padel sports industry.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing communication campaigns across digital and traditional channels to promote the Pickle Padel Movement brand and services

• Create engaging marketing content including social media posts, email campaigns, website copy, and promotional materials that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives

• Manage and optimise social media channels to build community engagement, increase follower growth, and drive traffic to key platforms

• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives, including advertising placements, event promotions, and sponsorship activations

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and inform strategic marketing decisions

• Monitor campaign performance metrics and analytics, providing regular reports and insights to support continuous improvement and ROI optimisation

• Collaborate with internal teams including sales, product, and operations to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives

• Support the planning and execution of marketing events, community engagement activities, and experiential marketing initiatives

• Maintain and update marketing databases, customer information systems, and content management platforms

What we're looking for

• Proven experience working as a Marketing Executive or in a similar marketing communications role within the sports, wellness, or entertainment industry

• Strong understanding of marketing communications principles, including campaign development, brand positioning, and audience segmentation

• Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, including social media management, email marketing, content creation, and digital analytics

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages for diverse audiences

• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as CRM systems, social media management tools, email marketing software, and analytics platforms

• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail and design principles

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

• Experience in event marketing, sponsorship management, or community engagement is highly advantageous

• Knowledge of the sports and fitness industry, particularly emerging sports or community-driven initiatives, would be beneficial

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment whilst also demonstrating initiative and independence
