Assistant Project Manager (Construction) | Up to $6,500 | Ang Mo Kio - #1166094

Location: Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park
Salary: $4,600 - $6,500/month + AWS
Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM | Saturday: 8:30 AM - 11:00 AM (when required)
Annual Leave: Starting from 14 days, increasing with years of service (up to 21 days).

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise daily site operations and project activities.

• Lead site teams and coordinate with clients, subcontractors and internal departments.

• Monitor project progress, budgets, schedules and quality standards.

• Report project updates and site progress to the Project Manager and Director.

• Ensure all works are completed safely, on schedule and in accordance with project requirements.

• Manage manpower deployment and resolve site-related issues.

• Maintain daily site records for manpower, materials and work progress.

• Attend site meetings, internal meetings and client discussions when required.

• Review and interpret AutoCAD drawings for project execution.

• Handle project documentation and certifications such as MOM, AE, PE and COS where applicable.

• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of construction project experience, preferably in high-rise building projects.

• Knowledge of suspended scaffolding systems is an advantage.

• Proficient in AutoCAD.

• Familiar with Singapore construction regulations, safety standards and industry practices.

• Strong project coordination, leadership and problem-solving skills.
