Working Days: 5 Days

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO/COO daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

  • Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with a high level of discretion.

  • Managing general administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, filing, and office coordination

  • Supporting recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination and onboarding of new employees

  • Processing and maintaining personnel records, employment contracts and documentation in compliance with regulations

  • Assisting with employee relations matters including leave management, performance tracking and disciplinary procedures

  • Coordinating staff events, training programmes and team-building activities

  • Maintaining office supplies inventory and liaising with vendors for procurement

  • Providing administrative support to senior management and various departments

  • Preparing reports and documentation related to human resources and administrative matters

  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

  • Supporting payroll administration and employee benefits programmes

  • Familiar with Singapore Government grants & application of grants


What we're looking for

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field

  • Posssesses a Class 3 driving licence with 0 penalty points

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in administrative or human resources roles

  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Knowledge of HR practices, employment regulations and workplace compliance

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping

  • Proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively

  • Customer service orientation and professional demeanour

  • Familiarity with Singapore employment laws and regulations is preferred
