We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Programme Support Executive to provide administrative, operational, and case support to a team delivering outreach and intake-related services.
This role is well suited for candidates with strong coordination, reporting, and administrative capabilities, especially those who are interested in the social service, community support, or public sector environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support data collection and analysis relating to outreach activities, including maintaining oversight of outreach numbers and outcomes.
Ensure administrative requirements for outreach activities and case closure are completed accurately and on time.
Support the team in preparing and making referrals to relevant services where required.
Provide periodic updates on outreach efforts and coordinate with cross-functional teams to obtain information for evaluation and reporting purposes.
Participate in reviews of workflows, work processes, and operational procedures to improve programme effectiveness and efficiency.
Provide administrative and operational support for projects, case assessment, and case management matters undertaken by the team.
Assist with ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Tertiary qualification from an accredited institution.
Prior experience in the social service sector is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Good organisational and coordination skills, with strong attention to detail.
Able to manage data, documentation, and administrative processes accurately.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment.
