About the Role
We are hiring driven and results-oriented Corporate Sales Executives to grow our enterprise training business.
This is a B2B consultative sales role focused on engaging SMEs, MNCs, HR leaders, and business decision-makers to understand workforce development needs and propose tailored digital training solutions.
Executive-level candidates will focus on new business development and account servicing.
Manager-level candidates will take on larger enterprise accounts, strategic partnerships, and may lead sales initiatives or mentor junior team members.
Office Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
Location: Tai Seng North-East Region
Remuneration: Basic + Incentives

Key Responsibilities
Proactively source for new corporate clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and outreach.
Identify business challenges and workforce gaps, and recommend suitable digital tech training solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and customised proposals.
Negotiate and close corporate training agreements aligned with company objectives.
Collaborate with internal operations and training teams to ensure smooth programme delivery.
Stay updated on market trends, funding schemes, and industry developments.
Managerial scope: Develop account growth strategies, manage key enterprise accounts, and contribute to sales planning initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in B2B sales, corporate training sales, enterprise solutions, or related fields preferred.
Candidates with strong sales drive but no prior industry experience are welcome — comprehensive training will be provided.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Confident engaging C-level executives, HR leaders, and business owners.
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated, performance-driven, and comfortable working towards targets.
