Position Summary
The HR will be responsible to manage full spectrum of HR & Genral Affairs functions, including compensation and benefits, employee relations, talent acquisition & manpower planning, performance management, training and development.
Job Descriptions
Provides support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other employees when new, complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.
Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings
Conduct Human Resource Project work to support local initiatives including coordination of events. Conduct Human Resource data entry, documentation handling, and reporting of data using data analytics.
Support end to end performance management process and cycle e.g. performance evaluations and provide feedback for the employee's growth
Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits for employees
Maintains compliance with Singapore’s employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance
Conducts needs assessments towards using the data to build and implement programmes to support and enhance the effectiveness of employee job performance and overall company performance.
Responsible to process end month payroll, CPF submissions, IR21 & IR8A and etc. and ensure that it is processed timely and accurately.
To build a high-performance culture by providing advice to business leaders relating to Performance and Business Partnering, HR Data Analytics, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations and Engagement as well as Diversity and Inclusion.
To provide timely advice on HR policy and procedure and good practices with the aim to enhance employee communication, engagement and performance.
To generate HR reports and to analysis the reports for HR forward planning and sharing with the Management.
Ensure accurate of HR database, input and update employee’s particulars and information in HRIS System & P-file.
Job Requirements
Degree in Human Resource/ Business Management.
Minimum 8 years of manufacturing & commercial support experience.
Ability to work autonomously in ambiguous situations and adapt quickly to change, as well as guide varying levels of the organization through change.
Must be a team player
Must possess with can do attitude
