Key Responsibilities
Perform functional testing, system validation, and production testing of enterprise server hardware.
Troubleshoot hardware, firmware, and software issues during manufacturing and identify root causes.
Analyse test failures and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Execute diagnostic procedures using approved Test Process Instructions (TPI) and engineering documentation.
Configure and validate servers, storage, networking equipment, and operating systems before shipment.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI), engineering builds, pilot runs, and product validation.
Work closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, Quality Engineering, and Production teams to resolve technical issues.
Assist in improving test coverage, yield, productivity, and manufacturing efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, ESD practices, and manufacturing procedures.
Maintain accurate production records, test reports, and engineering documentation.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Mechatronics, or related disciplines.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Production Test, Test Engineering, Electronics Manufacturing (EMS), ICT Hardware, Server Manufacturing, Computer Hardware, Data Centre Equipment, or Network Equipment Manufacturing.
Strong troubleshooting and fault isolation skills in electronic or server hardware.
Familiarity with:
Enterprise servers
Motherboards, CPUs, memory, storage, and power systems
Linux or DOS environments
BIOS/firmware configuration
Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, switches, Ethernet)
Manufacturing test equipment and diagnostic tools
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, test procedures, and technical documentation.
Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing, engineering builds, or NPI is an advantage.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.

Salary: Basic from $4K + Allowances (commensurate with experienced)
Work Week: 4 days/week, 12hrs shift (Day/Night, alt 2 weeks), Sun Off
