As a Clinical Research Unit, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Prepare and manage budgets for sponsor-funded clinical research studies.

• Track study finances, process invoices, and follow up on outstanding payments.

• Coordinate with sponsors, CROs, Finance, and internal teams on financial matters.

• Organise investigator meetings, Site Initiation Visits (SIVs), monitoring visits, and other research activities.

• Maintain accurate financial records, contracts, and study documentation.

• Support budget revisions, payment reconciliation, reporting, and administrative duties for the Clinical Research team.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in finance, administration, project coordination, or healthcare administration.

• Experience in clinical research, pharmaceutical, CRO, or healthcare industry will be an advantage.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
