Job Highlights

• Basic Salary: Up to $2,800 + Bonus

• Working Days: Monday to Friday

• Working Hours: 8:15 AM – 6:00 PM

• Location: Tuas

• Company transport available from Jurong Point and Opposite Choa Chu Kang MRT. One-way transport from Tuas to Tuas Link MRT is also provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct incoming inspections of electrical cables and accessories, including visual, dimensional, electrical, and mechanical checks.

• Perform laboratory tests such as insulation resistance (IR), high voltage (HV), and tensile strength using standard testing equipment.

• Ensure products meet technical specifications and relevant industry standards.

• Record inspection and testing results accurately in the SAP Quality Management (SAP QM) system.

• Prepare inspection reports and test documentation.

• Monitor supplier quality performance and follow up on corrective actions for quality issues.

• Support supplier corrective action requests (CAR/SCAR) and coordinate with suppliers on issue resolution.

• Assist with customer quality enquiries, complaints, and technical documentation.

• Maintain quality records and documentation for audits and compliance.

• Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 quality management standards and company procedures.

• Provide support to the QA/QC team and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Minimum ITE or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.

• At least 1 year of experience in electrical or electronic product testing is preferred. Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Knowledge of electrical testing methods and quality inspection procedures.

• Experience with SAP QM is an advantage.

• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management standards is preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and suppliers.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

• Meticulous, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
