About the role

Alpha Gymnastics Pte Ltd is seeking a junior Digital Marketing professional to join our team on a full-time basis in the Bedok area. This is a strategic position that will play a crucial role in driving our online presence, engagement and growth across digital channels. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and help us reach our target audience effectively in the gymnastics industry.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across multiple channels including social media, search engine marketing, email marketing and content marketing

2. Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram to maximise reach and conversion

3. Create and curate engaging digital content that resonates with our target audience and promotes our gymnastics programmes and services

4. Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance metrics using analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement

5. Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date and optimised for search engines

6. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility and drive qualified traffic

7. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate marketing initiatives and ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints

8. Build and nurture email marketing campaigns to engage existing and prospective customers

9. Track competitors' digital activities and market trends to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments

10. Prepare regular reports and presentations on digital marketing performance and ROI for senior management

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on search marketing, SEO and paid advertising campaigns

2. Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, TikTok and WIX (or equivalent).

3. Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research and search engine optimisation techniques

4. Excellent copywriting and content creation skills with the ability to craft compelling digital content

5. Demonstrated experience managing paid advertising budgets and optimising campaigns for cost-effectiveness and performance

6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven marketing decisions

7. Knowledge of web analytics and ability to track, measure and report on key performance indicators

8. Strong communication and project management skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

9. Diploma or degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

10. Familiarity with the fitness, wellness or sports industry is preferred and would be advantageous
