Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior technicians in carrying out aircraft maintenance activities.

• Support routine inspections, servicing, and minor repairs of aircraft systems and components.

• Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and structural issues under supervision.

• Participate in the disassembly, cleaning, inspection, and reassembly of aircraft parts and tools.

• Adhere strictly to maintenance manuals, safety regulations, and company procedures.

• Attend structured classroom and on-the-job training to develop technical knowledge and practical skills.

• Record maintenance findings and observations accurately for documentation purposes.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while ensuring compliance with aviation safety standards.

• Build a strong understanding of aircraft maintenance practices, technical drawings, tools, and equipment.

Requirements

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in any Engineering discipline.

• Fresh graduates and candidates without prior experience are encouraged to apply, as full training will be provided.

• Candidates with experience in the aviation or aerospace industry will have an added advantage.
