Responsibilities :

• Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, and chat.

• Provide accurate information on products, services, and company policies.

• Manage customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

• Update and maintain customer records and account details.

• Support service improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives.
  

Requirement :

• Min Diploma in Business Administration / Business Management

• Min 3 years of experience in customer service
