We are looking for a proactive and organised HR Generalist to support various aspects of HR and day-to-day office operations. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable handling both administrative and operational matters, and is keen to contribute to employee engagement, worker management, training coordination and workplace support.

HR Generalist

Responsibilities:

Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations

  • Handle onboarding and offboarding matters for staff

  • Process staff and worker expense claims processing and ensure they follow company policies and procedures

  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR information is updated accurately

  • Manage uniform stock, issuance and related records

  • Plan and execute internal engagement initiatives and HR documentation

Culture, Engagement & Employee Experience

  • Execute employee engagement activities, surveys and feedback exercises

  • Assist in initiatives relating to culture, Employee Value Proposition and employee experience

  • Coordinate company events, employee activities and internal recognition programmes, including SPACElogic Awards

Foreign Worker Administration

  • Process Work Permit applications, renewals and terminations

  • Prepare renewal documents including forms, employment contracts and related administrative paperwork

  • Coordinate medical check-ups, security bond purchase and Work Permit renewal follow-up

  • Manage workers’ medical certificate submissions and related records

  • Prepare and submit overtime reports

  • Maintain proper records for worker-related documentation and compliance matters

Training & Development

  • Maintain training cards, certificates and filing records

  • Coordinate new training enrolments and monitor training requirements for workers

  • Assist in post-training evaluation for internal and external courses

  • Research and coordinate learning and development initiatives for employees across different teams

IT & Office Administration Support

  • Provide basic day-to-day IT support, including new account setup, password resets, printer support, CCTV and access card matters

  • Support Active Directory, access card and network-related administration where required

  • Manage incoming and outgoing letters, invoices and general office documents

  • Arrange servicing appointments for company vehicles and follow up on related matters

  • Support day-to-day office operations and administrative coordination

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline

  • At least 1 to 2 years of relevant HR generalist or HR operations experience.

  • Experience handling Work Permit matters, worker administration or training coordination will be an advantage

  • Basic IT support experience or willingness to handle simple IT administrative matters is preferred

  • Good understanding of Singapore Employment Act, MOM requirements and HR practices

  • Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks independently

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proactive, hands-on and takes initiative

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Interest in the interior, exhibition, design or construction industry will be an advantage
