Quantity Surveyor (Tender & Costing)

Salary: $3,000 - $3,500
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM | Alternate Saturday, 8:30 AM - 11:30 AM

• Prepare and submit tenders, quotations, and cost estimates for engineering projects.

• Source and evaluate supplier quotations to ensure competitive pricing.

• Prepare monthly progress claims, variation orders, and payment claims.

• Review contracts, purchase orders, and subcontract agreements.

• Monitor project costs, budgets, and contract compliance.

• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal project teams on costing matters.

• Maintain project cost records and support procurement activities.

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Good analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
