Location: Tuas (Company Transport Provided)
Salary: $2,500 – $3,000
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30AM – 5:30PM | Alternate Saturday, 8:30AM – 12:30PM

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead warehouse operations to achieve operational targets and customer satisfaction

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing warehouse activities to ensure KPI achievement

• Plan manpower allocation effectively to meet operational demands

• Liaise with customers to resolve operational and inventory-related issues

• Guide and train junior staff and new hires on warehouse processes

• Monitor staff performance and address operational or performance concerns

• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly

• Implement process improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and procedures

• Prepare warehouse performance reports and recommend operational improvements

• Support workplace well-being and maintain a positive team environment

• Perform other duties assigned by superior
