12-hour Rotating Shift (Day/Night, 4-3-3-4 Roster)

Priority Hiring: Night Shift Candidates

Salary: $3,450 to $3,850

Responsibilities

· Lead and manage a team of logistics assistants and team leads in daily warehouse activities

· Ensure daily operations meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and operations goals

· Supervise warehouse activities and maintain workplace safety

· Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations

· Monitor staff performance, provide coaching and conduct performance

· Train and onboard new warehouse staff

· Handle ad-hoc operational and logistics projects as assigned

· Drive continuous work improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizens and LEAN)

· Communicate operational updates and departmental changes to the team

· Manage inventory using WMS and SAP systems

· Ensure timely and accurate billing with proper supporting documents

· Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI).

· Maintain accurate records and document traceability

· Monitor operational KPIs, orders management, and turnaround time, etc.

· Prepare monthly KPI report and recommend process improvements

Requirements

· Min O-level or equivalent academic qualifications

· Min 2-3 years’ relevant warehouse/logistics experience

· Experience leading and supervising a team

· Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) and/or SAP is an advantage

· Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Meticulous, organised and able to multi-task

· Able to work in a fast-paced and changing environment and support overtime when required

· Comfortable working at heights
