Location: Robertson Quay

Job Type: Shift pattern with allowance

Working hours: 3 shifts starting from 7am

Salary: $3000-3500

Responsibilities

· An eye for detail in a hotel's overall functionality and efficiency.

· Ensuring all systems, from electrical, mechanical systems, equipment, overall facility to plumbing runs smoothly.

· ⁠Handyman duties including carrying of heavy equipment, standing and walking for long hours within the hotel premise.

· Including preventive maintenance, inspections and troubleshooting and repairs.

Preventive Maintenance: Conducting routine inspections and servicing of HVAC systems, refrigeration, and plumbing to prevent major facility breakdowns.

General Repairs: Fixing faulty electrical fixtures, plumbing leaks, and structural damages in guest rooms and public areas.

Guest & Staff Requests: Promptly responding to maintenance calls from the housekeeping team or direct requests from hotel guests.

Life-Safety Compliance: Testing fire alarms, emergency lighting, and life-safety systems to ensure they meet local building codes and strict safety regulations.

Requirements

· Minimum certified ITE/Diploma/alternative education in electrical/mechanical engineering

· Good interpersonal and communication skills.

· Able to work under stress, tight schedule and handle multi tasks.

· Able to start work immediately or within short notice period.

· ⁠Able to work independently and as a team function.

· Candidates with hospitality work environment experience is preferred.
