Your responsibilities will include:

• Conduct engaging enrichment lessons in English using the Kuno Method curriculum

• Create a fun, interactive and nurturing classroom where children learn through play, discovery and experiential learning

• Assess children's learning progress against the lesson's learning objectives

• Provide lesson updates to parents in English (main) and Mandarin (supplementary)

• Prepare lesson materials and maintain a safe, organised classroom.

A successful Kuno Method teacher is one who is:

• able to make lessons feel like play and lead children to learn through experiential learning and inquiry

• detailed and analytical, learns fast, likes brain teasers and puzzles

• communicates confidently with children, parents and colleagues.

• positive, calm, patient, cheerful, able to build strong relationships

• learns quickly, works independently and is committed to continuous improvement.

Qualifications and skills

• Bachelor's degree from a recognised university in any discipline

• Diploma from polytechnics in Singapore

• Candidates with qualifications in Psychology / Early Childhood Education or teaching experience will have an advantage

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. No experience required as coaching will be provided

• Prior teaching or enrichment experience is beneficial but not required, as comprehensive training will be provided

• Proven academic records in English and Maths
