About the role

The Sales/Project Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and coordination support to ensure the smooth execution of projects and customer orders. The role involves preparing and maintaining sales & project documentation, coordinating with customers and suppliers, monitoring sales & project progress, and supporting after-sales service activities. The Sales/Project Coordinator will work closely with the sales, technical, and operations teams to facilitate effective communication and timely completion of project-related tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, submission, and maintenance of project-related documents and records.

• Monitor project schedules and follow up on outstanding matters with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.

• Coordinate deliveries, project updates, and related administrative activities.

• Maintain organized project files and documentation.

• Liaise with customers and suppliers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and project updates.

• Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, delivery schedules, and related documentation.

• Coordinate with overseas suppliers, including China-based suppliers, on project-related matters.

• Support the sales team with order processing and project administration.

• Arrange service appointments and follow up on after-sales support activities when required.

• Prepare reports, correspondence, and meeting minutes as required.

About you

• Diploma or Higher NITEC in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or administration.

• Fresh graduates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience in pumps, mechanical equipment, engineering, or related industries will be an advantage.

• Ability to generate, update, and revise AutoCAD drawings will be an advantage.
