Responsibilities:

Handle customer job requests, data entry, and operational documentation.
Coordinate job schedules, status updates, and enquiries with customers and internal teams.
Liaise with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely job execution.
Maintain accurate records and support daily administrative tasks for the Warehouse CS team.
Provide operational and coordination support as required.

Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in logistics, warehouse operations, or customer service support

Willing to be based at the warehouse
