CR Consultancy Pte Ltd is a business consulting company that focus on accounting, tax, company secretary and HR/payroll services.

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Intern to support our team in handling day-to-day accounting tasks. While this is a remote-based role, the intern may occasionally follow our staff to client offices for meetings and work documentation purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recording supplier invoices, sales invoices, receipts, and payments into Xero or other accounting platforms.

• Support the team in assigning correct account codes and GST tax rates.

• Help with uploading, naming, and organizing supporting documents in cloud storage.

• Perform basic reconciliations of bank accounts or balance sheet items under supervision.

• Assist in preparing audit schedules and retrieving relevant documents when required.

• Join staff in occasional visits to client offices for work meeting and documentation purposes.

• Flag unclear or missing transactions for further review.

• Provide general support in accounting and administrative tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or related field in Singapore University.

• Basic understanding of accounting concepts and Singapore GST is a plus.

• Familiarity with Xero or other cloud accounting software is an advantage.

• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote setup.

• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.

• Comfortable with occasional travel for short client visits (transportation expenses covered).
