Quality Assurance Specialist Up to S$4,490/month | East Monday to Friday

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist with experience in quality management, process audits, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement. This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy investigating operational issues, improving processes, and working closely with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve quality issues within warehouse and manufacturing operations

• Conduct root cause analysis and drive Corrective & Preventive Action (CAPA) initiatives

• Manage quality complaints and recommend process improvement solutions

• Conduct process audits, track corrective actions, and ensure timely closure of findings

Perform warehouse validations and visual inspections to identify non-conformities or shipment discrepancies

• Prepare quality procedures, work instructions, and regular quality reports

• Support continuous improvement projects and ensure compliance with internal and customer quality standards

Requirements:

• Experience implementing 8D methodology and Corrective & Preventive Action (CAPA) programmes

• Experience in quality inspection, auditing, and process improvement

• Knowledge of quality management systems and standards such as ISO 9001:2015, GDPMDS, or similar

• Experience within a manufacturing or logistics environment is preferred

• Six Sigma, Internal Auditor, or other quality-related certifications are advantageous

• Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
