Work hours:

We are looking to for a few permanent staffs who are looking to work shorter hours per day. You must be able to commit at least 5 hours or more a day, and a minimum of 5 days a week.

  • Per day: Must be able to work min 5 hours per day at either 2 time slots (1. Shift AM is 11 am to 4 pm, or 2. Shift PM is 4 pm to 9 pm)

  • Per week: Must be able to work min 5 days (include Sat, Sun, and Public Holidays)

  • Open for discussion if you can work more than 5 hours per day and more days per week

Job Summary:
You will deliver orders and answering guests’ enquiries. You’ll be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers’ dine in experiences. Food server responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean and tidy before guests being ushered to their table, explaining QR code menu ordering and setting up of cutleries. Provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and cutleries

  • Greet and attend to customers upon being seated to their table

  • Assist customers with the QR code ordering and ensure all food is serve correctly

  • Answer questions or make recommendations for promotion / food products

  • Collaborate with other team members in providing attentive service to the diners

  • Performing cleaning duties at the service station, dish out and dining area

  • Promptly address any customer service issues and refer to the management if and when necessary with a positive attitude

Requirements:

  • Valid Food Hygiene Certificate (WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1)

  • Min 2 years of F&B experiences

  • Speak clearly to communicate with customers and team members

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Present yourself in a well-groomed, positive working attitude and professional manner

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
