Key Responsibilities

The Corporate Action Team is central to managing corporate entitlement processing for both SG and SMF businesses. This role is critical in facilitating seamless financial operations and requires meticulous attention to detail and strong operational execution.

Specific responsibilities include:

I. Assist with the processing of Corporate Action events in the Vickers Operations team, as well as other ad hoc operations and processing tasks.

II. Translating Corporate Action events details into our system. E.g. Our agent informed us of a dividend payment for next month, the person will need to interpret that this is a dividend event and input the required data into our system.

III. Ad hoc operations and processing tasks includes assisting in doing reconciling data, investigate discrepancies, etc.

IV. Answering queries from client and liaise with custodian for resolution of outstanding issues.

Requirements

• Poly/ Degree holder with relevant banking experience in a banking operations environment, ideally in a corporate action role in a securities industry

• Strong ability to deliver under tight deadlines

• Good team player with good communication skills

• Team player who is able to work independently and under pressure

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Meticulous and an eye for details

• Excellent interpersonal and communicational skills

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Good with numbers
