Customer Support Manager (Semiconductor/ Equipment/ Up to 7k) - #1165537

• Working hrs: Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm

• Location: AMK

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the Customer Support team to ensure excellent customer service and smooth operations.

• Handle customer enquiries, quotations, orders, service requests, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.

• Keep customers and management updated on order status, shipment progress, potential risks, and recommended solutions.

• Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and team efficiency.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and resolve customer issues.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Prepare and maintain accurate customer records, reports, and operational documents.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and customer requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory customer service role.

• Experience in the machinery, equipment, or technical service industry is an advantage.

• Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven leadership, team management, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
