Shipping Admin / Coordinator | West, Up to $3K, 13 Mth & Performance Bonus -DG - #1165520

• Full-time, $2,500 - $3,000/month depending on experience → annual salary review

• Transport provided at Boon Lay MRT, 2 ways

• 3 Months probation → 5.5 days work week

  • Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm | Sat 8.30am to 1pm

• After probation → 5.25 days work week

  • Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm | Alternate Sat 8.30am to 1pm

Ideal Candidate:

• 1-2 Years experience in handling shipping, logistics, container depot or freight forwarding line

• Open to working OT if required

Requirements:

• Minimum Higher NITEC

• Singaporeans only

Job Scope:

• Data entry, document filing, report preparation

• Register containers for inspections

• Prepare container repair records and cost estimates

• Monitor and update container repair progress

• Coordinate with shipping lines and freight forwarders

• Verify supplier and customer invoices against records
