Looking for a stable part-time office role? We are hiring a Data Quality Control Assistant to support research quality assurance through telephone verification and data validation. This is ideal for individuals who are meticulous, patient, and enjoy detail-oriented work.

Salary & Working Hours

• Permanent Part-Time

• Salary: Up to $1,400/month

• Tuesday to Friday

• 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telephone calls to respondents to verify survey information

• Validate that interviews were conducted accurately and according to guidelines

• Record findings accurately and highlight any discrepancies

• Follow up with respondents to clarify information when required

• Support quality control and documentation for research projects

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification

• Strong communication and listening skills

• Meticulous and detail-oriented

• Comfortable performing repetitive and routine tasks with accuracy

• Able to think critically and make sound judgement during verification calls

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office

• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
