1. JOB PURPOSE & DESCRIPTION
a) Manage season parking applications, renewals, and terminations.
b) Handle season parking related inquiries, feedback, and disputes via phone or email.
c) Handle billing, invoice issuance, refund and GIRO applications.
d) Gather and consolidate data and ensure all reports are submitted to clients within established deadlines.
e) Maintain administration records and co-ordinate with Finance personnel for relevant accounting matters.
f) Generation of operational reports and meaningful analysis of statistics.
g) Daily settlement report checks for hourly parking.
h) Other administrative duties as and when assigned.
2. JOB HOLDER’S REQUIREMENT
a) Qualifications
i. Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management or equivalent.
b) Experience/Skill/Knowledge/Competencies
i. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including MS Word, Excel.
ii. Meticulous in handling figures with good eye for details.
iii. Ability to exercise sound judgment and multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
iv. Effective team player who is committed, self-driven, resourceful and can work both independently and in a team environment.
v. Strong sense of responsibility and positive working attitude.
vi. Possess good inter-personal communication skills.
vii. Experience in carpark management is a plus.
viii. Able to start immediately is a bigger plus.
