Healthspan Product Manager - #1165422
elyx health pte ltd
About Elyx
Elyx is a premium healthspan company combining AI-enabled technology and high-end concierge, with multidisciplinary specialties across science, medicine, physiology, nutrition, and supplementation. We exist to maximise each member's healthspan — the physiological foundation to live the life they want, at maximum health.
Elyx Life places technology at the centre of the membership, with human expertise built around it. A continuously running pipeline reasons across a member's biology, life, and behaviour — combined with the evolving science of healthspan — to produce a stream of predicted, tracked decisions. These are delivered through the concierge and member app, and, where useful, out to external specialists whose findings flow back in.
Elyx Medical provides the physician-led clinical foundation for this model, including diagnostics, medical review, preventive care, and safety oversight. Elyx Life then helps translate these insights into coordinated, evolving plans aligned with each member's long-term goals.
The product
The Elyx product spans two layers, owned together:
Tech layer — the member-facing app, providers-facing app, and the internal tooling used by specialists and concierge. Both are product surfaces.
Service layer — the integrated work of the human bench (physician, nutritionist, physiotherapist, movement, concierge, and others), delivered as one service rather than siloed advice.
Authoring what the product should be across both layers, and bringing them together into a single experience the member perceives as one thing, is the core of the role.
Stage and trajectory
This is a founding-stage role. Elyx is at an early point in building its product, and this position is central to that build. In the near term, the role is hands-on and collaborative: working closely with the Head of Product to define the apps and the service, bring the first working version to members, and run the discovery loop directly against member needs and the science.
As the product and operating model mature, the role grows into an empowered product function — given strategy, vision, and the problems worth solving, and trusted to find the product that solves them, partnering as an equal with engineering and operations.
Responsibilities
Run continuous discovery with members and prospects alike: understand their healthspan goals and context, what would earn their commitment, and where the experience falls short — and translate that into the problems most worth solving.
Run continuous discovery with domain experts: read the member's own data and the healthspan frontier — diagnostics, protocols, interventions — to arrive at what is credible, defensible, and worth Elyx standing behind.
Test the ideas that address those problems against value, usability, viability, and scientific defensibility — working closely with engineering and operations to learn quickly what will work and what won't, before committing to build.
Author and own the product requirements — their coherence, completeness, and quality — developed together with engineering and operations.
Take agreed product direction through to shipped reality with engineering and operations, then measure the member outcome and feed it into the next round of discovery.
Requirements
Healthspan domain conviction: deep fluency in healthspan and biohacking, and a clear grasp of how to create value for sophisticated individuals who already have means and access to health resources.
Product design capability: has designed product experiences across digital and/or service touchpoints.
Data and metrics fluency: able to interpret quantitative data rigorously and base decisions on it.
Quantitative reasoning under uncertainty: able to reason about effect where the signal is noisy, distinguishing real change from chance.
Econometric thinking: able to reason about which actions carry the greatest modelled impact, and prioritise accordingly.
Delivery fluency: enough understanding of how products are built and services delivered to partner credibly with the teams that own each, make sound feasibility tradeoffs, and turn product needs into clear direction — without owning the technical or operational design.
Orchestration and program management: coordinates work across multiple functions so the parts come together into a coherent whole.
Discovery and synthesis: able to run discovery with both customers and domain experts — asking the right questions, weighing conflicting input, and turning it into clear directions.
