Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing accurate product information and technical support.

• Process customer orders received via phone, email, and other communication channels, ensuring accuracy in specifications, pricing, and order details.

• Coordinate with the Procurement and Production teams to ensure the availability of raw materials required for manufacturing operations.

• Oversee order processing and fulfillment activities, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and timely execution.

• Track order progress and proactively update customers on delivery schedules, order status, and any changes.

• Collaborate with the Production, Logistics, and Sales departments to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Address customer complaints and resolve issues effectively by liaising with the relevant internal departments.

• Prepare and maintain reports on customer service performance, order status, complaint resolution, and customer feedback.

• Ensure timely invoicing upon completion of all required documentation, including delivery orders and supporting paperwork.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in order processing or customer service, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Positive attitude, proactive approach, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
