Position: Senior/ Centre Executive
Responsibilities:
Conduct administrative and operational tasks of the centre
Provide quality customer service through understanding of customers' queries and needs
Ensure that all customer enquiries are satisfactorily managed, resolved and closed within agreed timeframe
Reporting of student enrolment, assessments and withdrawal to HQ
Ensure student management system is updated on a timely basis for all student movements
Assist customers on payment related matters and actively monitor/ chase for outstanding payments
Manage the petty cash float kept in the centre
Safeguard the safety and welfare of our students
Ensure the cleanliness of the centre is well maintained and meets the safe management requirements for Covid-19
Ensure that student resources, stationery and merchandise are well stocked in the centre
Any other ad hoc duties
Experience and qualifications:
GCE "N"/"O" Level/ NITEC or higher
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience preferably from Education, Retail, Airlines or any other customer centric industries
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
Willing to work both weekends and three weekdays
Experienced candidates will be considered for the Senior Centre Executive position
