Our Client:

• Engineering & Construction Industry

• 5 Days, Office Hours

• Jurong East

• Up to $7000 per month, and Completion Bonus

• 1 year contract renewable

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and develop BIM models and technical drawings for tender, construction, shop drawings, and as-built documentation.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure design accuracy and resolve clashes using BIM software.

• Produce and maintain 2D and 3D drawings, ensuring all deliverables comply with project requirements and BIM standards.

• Update engineering drawings and BIM models based on design revisions, site requirements, and client instructions.

• Support MEP coordination by integrating Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Process systems to achieve effective space coordination.

• Assist with material take-offs, site inspections, drawing submissions, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

• For senior-level roles, provide technical guidance to junior BIM/CAD designers and lead the development of 3D BIM models for assigned projects.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.

• Min 2 years of BIM/CAD drafting experience within the construction or engineering industry.

• Experience in HVAC or piping.

• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.

• Experience preparing architectural and/or MEP BIM models, shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built documentation.
