Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Responsibilities:
Address taxpayers’ tax queries on the various tax types such as Individual Income Tax, Property tax over the Helpline, Live chat or via Walk-ins
Promote and nudge taxpayers in the usage of our e-Services and chatbot
Guide taxpayers on the step-by-step e-Filing procedures and provide advices on their filing and payment obligations
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Candidates without tax experience or customer service are welcome to apply as training will be provided
GCE A Level and above strictly
