The client is a leading full-service semiconductor foundry providing advanced design, development, and wafer fabrication services to global technology innovators. We are currently hiring for an urgent opening as below:

About the Role:
As an Engineer (Process / Equipment Engineering), you will play a key role in sustaining manufacturing processes, optimizing equipment performance, improving yield, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence.
Working in a collaborative engineering environment, you will support process or equipment development, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, and participate in projects that improve productivity, quality, and manufacturing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Engineering
• Sustain and optimize manufacturing processes to improve quality, yield, productivity, and cost.
• Monitor and analyze Statistical Process Control (SPC) data to identify process trends and abnormalities.
• Perform root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and corrective actions for process excursions.
• Analyze engineering data, DOE results, split lots, and yield performance to support process optimization.
• Support process qualification, recipe management, and process change implementation.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve process capability (Cp/Cpk) and manufacturing stability.
• Support new equipment qualification and process transfer activities.
• Develop engineering procedures, technical documentation, and process standards.
Equipment Engineering
• Maintain manufacturing equipment readiness and maximize equipment reliability.
• Perform preventive maintenance (PM), troubleshooting, repairs, and equipment recovery activities.
• Support equipment installation, qualification, commissioning, and acceptance.
• Analyze equipment performance data and identify opportunities to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Drive equipment reliability, optimization, and continuous improvement projects.
• Work closely with Process and Manufacturing teams to minimize equipment downtime and support stable production.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Microelectronics, or a related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication, process engineering, equipment engineering, or a high-tech manufacturing environment.
• Experience in wafer fabrication, electronics, or electrical manufacturing is preferred.
• Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC), DOE, root cause analysis, or equipment reliability is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts when required.
Technical Skills: Thin Film (CVD / PVD) / Diffusion / Lithography / Process Integration
