Assistant Ops Manager (Catering/Procurement) (Perm) - #1165246

Location: Mandai Estate

Work days: 5.5 days (Perm)

Salary range: $3000 to $3500

Working hours: Schedule/Roster

Responsibilities:

· Handle catering operations/setup and display at venue

· Purchasing of kitchen supplies and requirements

· Source for Vendors or suppliers and ensuring beneficial for company

· Oversee daily ops and work closely with the team

· Keeping the workplace clean in accordance with hygiene standards

· Safety processes during setups and tear down

· Work with team members

Requirements:

· Singapore Class 3 License (To drive company vehicle)

· Min. Educational O Level

· Prior Experience in the Food and Beverage industry or catering business exposure.

· Able to stand long hours

· Manage a team, yet able to work independently
