Quantity Surveyor - #1165237

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with experience in construction-related projects to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting project costing, preparing quotations, managing progressive claims, and coordinating closely with our sales and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgeting, and Bills of Quantities (BQ) for projects.

• Develop and submit quotations for tenders, sales proposals, and project requirements.

• Manage order submissions accurately and ensure timely processing.

• Prepare, compile, and submit progressive claims along with complete supporting documentation.

• Assist in tracking variation orders and support project cost control throughout project lifecycle.

• Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure accurate project information, scope, timelines, and requirements.

• Maintain proper documentation, records, and ensure compliance with company and project standards.

• Liaise with operations teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and contractors where necessary to support project execution.

• Provide QS support to our Malaysia branch when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Experience with window flims / architectural or interior solutions projects will be an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, quotation preparation, and contract documentation.

• Must be strong in mathematics with high numerical accuracy.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar systems is a plus.

• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Organised, meticulous, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

• Training will be provided.

• 5-day work week.
