Shipping Executive (Manufacturing Industry) - #1165205

Our Client:

• MNC Company

• WFO - Wed to Fri, 3pm-11am & WFH Sat & Sun 10am-7pm (May be required to return to office as and when required)

• Tampines

• UP $4300 Basic + $6/Shift Allowance + AWS + Bonus
  

Responsibilities:

• Handle shipping documents processing, monitor shipment movement and it's POD status, and manage damaged shipment claims

• Coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders for inbound and outbound shipment coordination

• Liaise with Finance for supplier invoice matters, and liaise with Facility Manager & Warehouse pertaining to detrash and recycling matters

• Ensure all new process / portal is successfully implemented in regard to shipment matter and ensure compliance with cross-border shipment requirements, custom regulations, and international trade compliance
  

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain / Business

• Minimum 2 years of Shipping Documentation & Coordination experience in the Manufacturing industry

• Knowledge in SAP will be an added advantage
