The Opportunity:

With a strong track record in engineering, procurement, construction, maintenance, and project execution, the company is known for delivering high-quality solutions to both local and international clients.

We are seeking an experienced Lead Mechanical Engineer to lead the design and execution of rotating and packaged equipment for major industrial projects. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure technical excellence and successful project delivery.

The Job:

• Lead the engineering and design of rotating and packaged equipment.
• Prepare and review technical specifications, datasheets, and engineering documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors throughout project execution.
• Support procurement activities, including technical evaluations and vendor clarifications.
• Review vendor drawings and ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Participate in FAT, site visits, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Support tendering, cost estimation, and project planning activities.

The Talent:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in rotating and packaged equipment engineering.
• Experience in EPC projects within the oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical, power, or industrial sectors.
• Good knowledge of engineering standards such as API, ASME, ISO, and NFPA.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead engineering activities and manage multiple project priorities.
