Job Description

We're looking for a skilled and reliable full-time mechanic to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for bike builds, groupset installations, servicing, and general maintenance work, while ensuring every bike that leaves our shop meets our quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install road bike groupsets and components with precision

• Perform routine servicing, tune-ups, and repairs (brakes, gears, wheels, etc.)

• Diagnose mechanical issues and recommend appropriate fixes

• Maintain workshop tools and equipment in good working condition

• Assist with quality checks on incoming components and completed builds

• Provide technical advice to customers when needed

• Keep the workshop organized and maintain accurate service records

• Any ad hoc job required

Requirements

• Prior experience as a bicycle mechanic (road bikes preferred)

• Strong knowledge of groupsets

• Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship

• Able to work independently and manage time effectively

• Good communication skills, comfortable interacting with customers

• Physically able to perform hands-on mechanical work

• Willing to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend (either Sat/Sun)

Nice to Have

• Certification in bicycle mechanics

• Experience with custom builds or high-end road bikes

• Interest in the cycling industry beyond just the technical side
